    Youn's Stay is an old hanok guesthouse where foreigners who are new to the country can come and experience Korean culture. With Yuh-jung as the boss of the guesthouse, Head Chef Yu-mi, Manager Seo-joon, Vice President Seo-jin, and Intern Woo-shik get everything ready to greet their first guests.

    Youn Stay opens for its first day of business and greets 14 guests.     As the first day of winter season comes to an end, Seo Jin prepares injeolmi waffles as the dessert. While he struggles to get the right temperature and cooking time for the waffles, all the guests enjoy the new dishes. Next morning, Chef Jung and the sous-chef wake up early for the new breakfast menu, red bean porridge and tteokguk.

    The staff take a short break and restore their energy. They pull themselves together as they have to pay a lot of attention to the next batch of customers. Customers with allergies and dietary restrictions visit Youn Stay on Day 2. It panics the kitchen staff as they have to revise the recipes at the last minute.     The staff members serve the dinner successfully despite the complicated dietary restrictions. After the guests are served, the staff members have their late-night meals. Yuh Jung is surprised how great the ramyeon Seo Jun made for her is, and they suddenly start doing a quiz.

    The last batch of guests arrive at Youn Stay. Seo Jin helps out Woo Shik pick up the guests, so CEO Youn goes to explain things for the guests that arrived early. While she has a pleasant conversation with the guests, the kitchen staff prepare for dinner. They are so experienced now that everything goes smoothly as if it’s a secret operation.

    Youn Stay - The Last Day of Youn Stay (Season 1 - Episode 12)

    As it’s the last day, the staff give out plenty of food with even more love and care. They finished serving the guests perfectly with the greatest teamwork since Youn Stay opened. For breakfast, they serve chestnut milk porridge and dumpling soup with pineapple and golden kiwi juice. Before they leave, the guests leave heartfelt letters to the staff once again.
