Title: Sliders

Overview: In his basement in San Francisco, boy-genius Quinn Mallory unlocks the doorway to an infinite number of Earths. During a test run, Quinn invites co-worker Wade Welles and his teacher Professor Maximillian Arturo to see his new invention. But an increase in power and an early departure leave all three, plus a washed-up soul singer named Rembrandt "Crying Man" Brown, lost in a parallel world. Now they must "slide" from world to world, not only adapting to their changing surroundings, but also trying to get back to their world. Will they ever make it home?

    The Sliders arrive at a mental institution in the middle of an unusual riot. Rembrandt and Maggie escape capture, but Diana and Mallory get left behind. While Mallory has managed to pose as a doctor, Diana is mistaken for a patient and undergoes the process of her brain being remapped.

    Sliders - A Thousand Deaths (Season 5 - Episode 13)

    The Sliders arrive on a world where millions play in highly realistic arcade simulations. Rembrandt and Mallory take part in separate simulations, until they discover Maggie and Diana have been forced to play characters in these simulations, where each "death" experienced is real.

    Sliders - Heavy Metal (Season 5 - Episode 14)

    A malfunctioning timer deposits the Sliders underwater in the Pacific Ocean. A merchant ship picks them up, but is taking them out of their sliding radius and decreasing the likelihood of a safe slide. Their only chance is to join up with a pirate crew to get back to California.

    Sliders - To Catch a Slider (Season 5 - Episode 15)

    The timer continues to malfunction, giving the Sliders rougher slides than usual. To fix it, the Sliders need to get ahold of a gem, even if it means stealing.

    Sliders - Dust (Season 5 - Episode 16)

    The Sliders are lost in the desert, but happen upon an archaeological dig. They soon find, however, that the dig is unearthing a buried Los Angeles and that the locals consider Rembrandt a deity.

    Sliders - Eye of the Storm (Season 5 - Episode 17)

    The Sliders confront Dr. Geiger again, in a collapsing dimension full of innocent victims.

    Sliders - The Seer (Season 5 - Episode 18)

    The Sliders arrive in the middle of a rally, surprisingly being held in their honor. They learn they are the subjects of a religion called Slidology, founded by a man with psychic abilities. He has been following their adventures and warns that on their next slide, they will all die.

    Kindred: The Embraced is an American television series produced by John Leekley Productions and Spelling Television. Loosely based on the role-playing game Vampire: The Masquerade, the series premiered on Fox on April 2, 1996, and ran for eight episodes before it was canceled on May 9, 1996. The series focused on San Francisco Police Detective Frank Kohanek who discovers his city is home to numerous vampires while investigating alleged mobster, Julian Luna. Julian is the "prince" of the city, ruler of five groups of vampires in the city, collectively called "The Kindred". The vampires survive through the "masquerade", disguising themselves as humans, and Julian strictly enforces the laws that govern them to protect their anonymity. Julian and Frank form an uneasy bond as they work together to try to prevent a vampire war and Julian struggles with his romantic feelings for human reporter Caitlin Byrne. The eight episodes of the series have been released on VHS and DVD.

    Fitil is a popular Soviet/Russian television satirical/comedy short film series which ran for about 500 episodes. Some of the episodes were aimed at children, and were called Фитилёк, Fitilyok, Little Fuse. Each issue contained from the few short segments: documentary, fictional and animated ones. Directed by various artists, including Leonid Gaidai who presented his famous trio of Nikulin, Vitsin and Morgunov into the cast. It was called in USSR as "the anecdotes from the Soviet government".

    Code Name: Eternity

    Code Name: Eternity is a Canadian science fiction series that ran for 26 episodes starting in 1999. It was later shown on the Sci Fi Channel in the United States. The plot involves an alien scientist who comes to Earth and assumes human form in order to perfect technology which will radically change Earth's environment to be suitable for habitation by his own species. Another of the aliens, having discovered the true nature of Banning's plans, abandons him and joins up with a human scientist in an attempt to prevent the destruction of Earth and humanity. The series was filmed in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was cancelled after a single season and ended on a cliffhanger. Echo Bridge Home Entertainment announced Code Name: Eternity: The Complete series on DVD.

    Blankety Blanks is an Australian game show based on the American game show Match Game. It was hosted by Graham Kennedy on Network Ten from 1977–1979. Regular panelists were Ugly Dave Gray, Noeline Brown, Carol Raye and Stuart Wagstaff. Other panelists included Noel Ferrier, Belinda Giblin, Abigail, Nick Tate, Tommy Hanlon Junior, Dawn Lake, Jon English, Wendy Blacklock, Barry Creyton, Peta Toppano, Mark Holden, Delvene Delaney and John Paul Young. Blankety Blanks had a three-season run from 1977 to 1979. It was screened at a rate of five, thirty-minute episodes each week, stripped across an early evening timeslot. In Sydney and Melbourne, it was broadcast in the 7pm timeslot across both seasons. Kennedy won a TV Week Gold Logie Award in 1978 for Most Popular Personality On Australian Television. When Kennedy succumbed to pneumonia, announcer Don Blake was forced to host the show for an episode.
