Title: The Beauty Inside
Overview: Efsun, who works as a dermatologist, lives peacefully on the farm with her father in a village in Gaziantep. Her mother left her and her father at a young age and moved to Istanbul and became one of Turkey's most important plastic surgeons. Efsun suddenly receives news from her mother, whom she has not seen since she was 12 years old. Her mother is on her deathbed and wants to see her one last time. She invites Efsun to Istanbul by sending her driver. Efsun, who goes to Istanbul to see her mother, is in for a big surprise. Her mother, the owner of the largest aesthetic clinic in Istanbul, asks Efsun to work in the clinic and forces her to do so. As if all this is not enough, Emir, who she thinks is a driver, is actually the son of her mother's partner Kaya Bey. Emir, a handsome and charismatic surgeon, thinks that Efsun has come to take the clinic away from him, and starts a fight with Efsun. Moreover, these young people are neighbors.

Efsun works as a dermatologist in a village in Gaziantep and lives happily on the farm with her father. She hears from her mother, Pervin, who left them 21 years ago and hasn't seen her since. Pervin, a famous plastic surgeon, wants to see her daughter one last time. Efsun, who comes to Istanbul with Emir, the driver sent by Pervin, encounters a big surprise. Neither her mother nor the driver who brought her is telling the truth. Istanbul, which she came to for a day, will change Efsun's whole life irreversibly.
The kiss of Efsun and Emir upsets all the balances, and they become even tenser. Efsun makes a big mistake while trying to prove herself to both Emir and the whole team. This mistake destroys Efsun because of her secret from the past. Emir will come to her aid when she feels most helpless.
Worried that the truth about her being a surgeon will be revealed, Efsun is unaware that Emir is keeping an even bigger secret from her. Emir and Kaya's secret operation of Pervin's operation causes confusion. While Efsun tries to prove that Emir is performing surgery outside the clinic, Serpil begins to think that Kaya is cheating on her. On the other hand, Emir is in danger of appearing before the board because of the patient who returned from the dead because she hid the results of her medical history. Feeling guilty about what happened, Efsun is not yet aware of what will happen between her and Emir.
Efsun is close to learning about Emir's surgery to Pervin at another hospital. Emir does his best to prevent this. Meanwhile, he feels closer to Efsun. The ethics committee to be formed for Emir's patient who has returned from the dead will put Efsun in a dilemma. Efsun, who does not want to put Emir in a difficult situation, is torn between meeting and not meeting this committee, which requires being a real manager in the clinic. The ethics committee issue will be a turning point in the relationship of both the clinic and Emir and Efsun.
Emir's resignation hits the clinic like a bombshell. While Efsun does her best to keep Emir in the clinic, an unpleasant surprise awaits her. Efsun's ex-boyfriend, Ali Bıçakçı, is at the symposium attended by the clinical team. With Ali's arrival, all attention turns to him. While Efsun tries to prevent her relationship with Ali from being exposed, Emir tries to cope with the feeling of jealousy he experienced for the first time in his life. Is it really Ali Bıçakçı, whom he is jealous of, or...?
When Ali Bıçakçı starts working at the clinic, it causes tension between Kaya and Pervin. Emir, on the other hand, has fits of jealousy because of the closeness between Ali and Efsun. This will speed up the negotiations with investors and clinics. Meanwhile, Efsun tries to find other ways for Emir to stay at the clinic. Emel Müftüoğlu's arrival at the clinic as a patient complicates matters.
Emir decides to stay at the clinic, but he has one condition: Efsun's departure. Although Efsun decides to fight in the clinic, Emir's outburst deeply hurts her. Emir thinks that Efsun and Ali are lovers. Efsun's attempt to arrange an operation for a patient who wants to have a face transplant will cause confusion in the clinic and break the ice between Emir and Efsun.
Emir decides to stay at the clinic. When Efsun learns that Pervin has an operation in Istanbul, this causes her to take a stand against both Emir and Pervin. In Adana, where Emir and Efsun go for an interesting case, an action-adventure awaits them.
With Emir's injury, Efsun confronts her biggest trauma. Efsun performs a surgical intervention for the first time in many years. It is uncertain whether this accident will have a permanent effect on Emir. The engagement lie that Emir and Efsun tell to protect themselves is no longer local news, but this lie will have consequences that will affect the clinic in Istanbul. Efsun's father Ferdi's visit to the clinic will cause great changes in Efsun's life.
Ferdi, who learned that Efsun has been secretly meeting her mom and even working with her, disowns Efsun. While Efsun is dealing with her own family problems, Emir is trying to stay alone with her. Because Emir's wife, whom he could not reach for years, suddenly appeared. Emir wants to tell the truth to Efsun himself before Sevda meets Efsun. But Efsun starts working with Sevda and it's only a matter of time before she learns that she is Emir's wife.
Pervin's surprise for Efsun changes the balance of power in the clinic. The echoes of Sevda's arrival continue. Sevda's illness increases Emir's fondness for Sevda. Efsun, together with Binnur, sets out to understand the relationship between Emir and Sevda. Burcu's new job will get both the team in the clinic and Cem in trouble.
Emir tries to find out if Efsun really has a boyfriend. Efsun, on the other hand, has a hard time keeping up with the lie she told Emir. Serpil and Binnur decide to work together to learn more about Sevda. There are things that make the reality of Sevda's disease quetionable. The launch of a mysterious cream company, where everyone is invited, will be filled with unexpected events.
Emir blames himself when Efsun falls into a coma after being shot by Filiz. The clinic, on the other hand, will run into trouble for an unexpected reason. Emir's fear after Efsun's shooting pushes him to a life of nature that he never expected. The threat of Filiz continues, and the fact that Filiz cannot be caught keeps everyone on their toes. What Emir says while Efsun is in a coma will push Efsun to take steps that will change his life, and will be the beginning of an adventure he will take to reach Emir.
Emir and Efsun want to start their new life together at the farm in Gaziantep. However, Filiz's danger is not over for them or the team. When Emir and Efsun overcome all obstacles and come to Ayntab, a surprise awaits them. What happens in Antep will change everyone's lives.

Produced by Blade Brothers outfit MAK Pictures, Ghosts of Shepherdstown will follow a trio of investigators trying to understand the slew of paranormal disturbances that constitute the majority of the historic town's 911 calls. Brought in by chief of police Michael King, the group includes paranormal investigator Nick Groff, tech whiz Bill Hartley and "paranormal sensitive" Elizabeth Saint. Each episode of Ghosts starts with a 911 call from a resident experiencing a strange happening, such as the sighting of a headless woman or the appearance of a body floating down the river. The police then call Groff, Hartley and Saint, who rush to the scene to look for evidence of ghostly activity. Later on, they enlist the help of local historians and psychics to understand the occurrences.
