All Worked Up is an American television series that premiered on the truTV Network on October 19, 2009. The series is filmed in a cinema verité style but consists of scripted and dramatized performances by actors. The show is filmed by recreating scenes with North Carolina reposession agents, New York process server, South Carolina code enforcement agent, California parking enforcement agent or "meter maid", Florida bail bondsman, Pennsylvania head of security for Ring of Honor Wrestling and others who routinely find themselves in volatile work situations. Ron, Amy and Bobby also star in the spinoff Lizard Lick Towing.
The focus is on the life and everyday life of the “half triplets”: On the one hand, there is Paul, a king of procrastinating, who resolves every day to change his life... but unfortunately something is constantly interfering with him. Be it budding feelings for his ex Berthe, the constant best buddy advances of her new lover Jan or an urgent series episode - Paul always has an excuse ready. But luckily there is his half-sister Barbie, a determined top manager with significantly more balls in her pants, and his half-brother Ludwig, a bon vivant who avoids work like the devil avoids holy water. He constantly intrudes on Paul and drives him crazy. The “half triplets” are inextricably linked to one another through father Gerd's involuntary, perfectly timed contraceptive failures, who were born by three different women on the same day and are welded together by their family neuroses.
Driven was a motoring television programme launched by Channel 4 in 1998 as a rival to the successful and long-running BBC series Top Gear. The style was similar to its rival, but with additional features such as the "Driven 100", a road test of three cars in the same class, where each car would be given marks for qualities such as practicality, desirability and cost of ownership. The car with the highest total score would be the winner. The programme launched with the concept that the presenters should interact with each other rather than present items on their own, as was then the case on Top Gear. The first series also featured a "headquarters", a racing team truck, set on a former air force base at which cars were put through their paces. These concepts resurfaced in the reborn Top Gear soon after.
