Title: The Arbitrator
Overview: The series tells the story of Nadav Feldman , a young social worker , who discovers that he is adopted and finds himself in the depths of his biological father's family, Baruch Asulin, a leader of an organized crime syndicate in Israel known as "Ha-Borer"(The Arbitrator), due to his activities as an arbitrator in disputes in the underworld. The series focuses on the combination of dramatic stretches , the conflict between the norms of society including crime, especially norms and codes of conduct of the underworld. Among other highlights of the series, in a satirical way, the contrast between certain behaviors of some of the heroes of the series (as a demonstration of piety) and other behaviors (such as the blatant disregard for human life).

The "Borer" (Moshe Ivgi) is rushed to the hospital following the assassination attempt. The rage of the Asulin family rises as Avi "The Spleen" plans a revenge on the one hand, while Nadav is looking for a legal way to catch the guilty in the assassination attempt on the other.
All members of the underworld come to the "Borer's" funeral, and the police prepares to arrest all who will try to use the crowd for revange. Naomi tries to exploit the fact that Itzik is in a wheel chair to finally capture him.
Shimi Angel plans to take his son abroad, and thus protect himself from Avi "The Spleen" revenge; Avi, discovers that he is not included in the list of the ten biggest criminals, and not able to find anyone to take Shimi Angel down.
Madmoni is trying to retrieve from Kuki any information about the assassination attempt on Shimi Angel's son; Haborer has a harsh meeting with Shimi, and shares with the Bulldog his thoughts on a potential successor for his empire.
Orna pushes Nadav to advance with the preparations for the wedding, but his heart is with Irina. Just before the arrest of Avi "The Spleen", Madmoni suspects Shimi Angel's testimony. Nadav tries to find the traitor using the telephone.
While the "Borer" is sinking in deep depression, the empire is sinking in deep trouble - Avi "The Spleen" finds himself in an arrest cell, the family money is overtaken by the police and Yigal "The Nazi's" casino is blooming. Nadav is trying to apply Borer's world rules on his life.
Inbal, resourcefully and with determination finds a proof to release him from prison. Yigal "The Nazi" and the Koblova brothers try to harm Kuki. Nadav's and Irina's affair getting complicated and he turns to Avi for help.
