Jürgen Sternow, head of the cyber crime department at the Kiel State Criminal Police Office, was the victim of a murder attack. Then he disappears into the anonymity of the city, which is slowly filling up with people. When another body is found, Borowski and Brandt are alarmed: Are they dealing with a serial killer?
