Overview: Mark Chapman introduces highlights of the day's two Premier League fixtures, with Crystal Palace hosting Liverpool and West Brom at home to Manchester United. Palace's hopes of qualifying for European competition have nosedived since Christmas, but they could take confidence from a run of three successive league wins against an inconsistent Liverpool ahead of their latest meeting. Manchester United have not lost to West Brom at the Hawthorns since 1984, but an end to that unbeaten run would be a considerable setback in their pursuit of Champions League qualification - and to Louis van Gaal's already fragile position as United's manager.
