Overview: When rent is not paid on a storage locker for three months in California, the contents can be sold by an auctioneer as a single lot of items in the form of a cash-only auction. The show follows professional buyers who purchase the contents based only on a five-minute inspection of what they can see from the door when it is open. The goal is to turn a profit on the merchandise.

    The valley of Perris, CA hosts an early morning auction that has the buyers waking up early and watching their bids. Jarrod and Brandi start the day in high spirits, but things get tense as Dave shows up with more bluster than usual. Mary tries not to let the other buyers get her down and Ivy remains sharp and ready for a great score.

    The desert is hot, but the auctions are hotter in Palm Desert, CA. It's a long drive, but the buyers are determined to make it worth the trip. A few locals give Rene a run for his money, but that doesn't stop Mary from bidding beyond her budget. Darrell and Brandon try for a windfall while Jarrod and Brandi are forced to rely on some unreliable help.

    The buyers hope to stay classy as they head south with keen eyes for good buys in San Diego. Darrell has to shoulder the burden of a possible bad locker as Mary tries to get in touch with her inner Californian.     The desert town of Indio holds treasures, but which buyer will come out on top? Ivy uses a dastardly tactic to rouse the competition as the auction forces Mary to travel well out of her comfort zone. Rene steps up his game, while Darrell tries to score despite Brandon's sour mood.

Mary is attracted to more than just good finds as the bids and the sparks fly.

And one buyer hits it big with a twice in a lifetime find that provides over $10K in profit!

    Lancaster, CA sets the stage for another rough and tumble auction. Brandi surprises Jarrod with a thick bankroll in hopes of getting the best unit of the day, while Mary brings in some extra help for the huge lockers. Darrell and Brandon win an auction that contains something that unexpectedly lands them in a courtroom.
