Scott, Sarah and the twins' condo is busting at the seams. They need a space where they can relax and spread out. Sick of all the shared spaces in the condo, they are looking to expand into a house. They find bigger is not always better as the Property Brothers help them discover the need for a fixer-upper home.
Nancy and Dan are not subdivision savvy and they are ready for the convenience of the city. Location is key as the couple is looking for a home that will not only make for an easy work commute, but also be near a park for the dog and kids to play. They also want an open living space so they can be both more productive and spend more time together. With their list of demands, the Property Brothers help them to see the possibilities a fixer-upper home can offer.
Tina and James are recent empty nesters, with a long list of wants. They want to downsize and move closer to the city. They want a house that's move in ready and they don't want to do any renovations. The Property Brothers help them explore dated homes and work to convince them that on a budget, a renovation is the only way to go.
