Meanwhile, Josuke and Okuyasu are walking to school and find a pair of binoculars on the road, which happens to be Mikitaka. He asks them to look up at an unused pylon through the binoculars and they find a man living up there!

    In order to get estimates for the fire damage and restoration costs to Rohan's house, the architect, Masazo Kinoto comes by. Rohan invites him into his house, but Rohan can't help but wonder about Kinoto's odd obsession... Meanwhile, in order to save Mikitaka, who was trapped inside the pylon, Josuke fights Kanedaichi one more time. But Kanedaichi knows everything about the pylon, and has no problem dodging all of Josuke's attacks...

    Jotaro Kujo is a popular high school student – at least until that day when he thinks he is possessed by a ghost, which is why he locks himself up.
