    While Ponch is busy trying to recruit celebrities for the CHP roller disco, Jon and Getraer deal with a teenage thief. Later, Ponch and Jon chase after two thieves who get away on roller-skates.

    Ponch finds out about a counterfeiting scam run by a bogus preacher when he gets hold of some fake money.

    CHiPs - The Return of the Supercycle (Season 3 - Episode 7)

    Ponch and Jon encounter a hotshot cyclist who evades them after stealing. Ponch takes a bad fall while trying to avoid a semi and is hospitalized; a supercycle event has come to town, and the officers attempt to figure out who the culprit is. Devising a scheme for an interview with one of the cyclists, the CHiPs catch the culprit, an affiliate of the star of the supercycle show, by using a special-issue bike that can keep up with the cyclist.

    While Ponch is in hospital, Jon and a new partner investigate several thefts involving city vehicles.

    A bell is stolen from a church. The Sunday school children are very sad about this. Ponch gets a visit from his mother. The officers have much to laugh at as a few drunken guys want to buy gas at the Central.

    Jon and Ponch are found guilty of contempt when they refuse to name an informant in court. Of course they meet criminals who were arrested by the officers.

    CHiPs - E.M.T. (Season 3 - Episode 17)

    The instructor for an EMT course recognizes pupils Jon and Ponch as the officers who gave him a ticket the day before.

    CHiPs - Kidnap (Season 3 - Episode 18)

    Two criminals escape from custody and steal a Rolls-Royce - complete with two children in the back seat . They have to learn that the children are very smart and clever. A "Lacho Caracha" helps Ponch finding the kids.

    CHiPs - Off Road (Season 3 - Episode 19)

    Jon and Ponch enter a desert off-road race, unaware that a pair of thugs are using the race as a cover to retrieve a cache of stolen coins.

    CHiPs - Tow Truck Lady (Season 3 - Episode 20)

    When a tow truck driver is suspected of stealing cars to make ends meet, Jon and Ponch enlist the help of the driver's daughter .

    CHiPs - The Strippers (Season 3 - Episode 21)

    Jon and Ponch attempt to trap a gang of car strippers with drug smuggling connections.

    CHiPs - Thrill Show (Season 3 - Episode 22)

    Robbers posing as tourists ride on tourist buses and while the bus is mobile they draw weapons and demand anything of value from all the tourists. Bonnie considers leaving the force to join a stunt show which is in town, while Jon and Ponch are on the trail of the gang who are robbing buses .

    Jon and Ponch try to find a mysterious female doctor who is treating accident victims then disappearing . They learn that the lady is the wife of a doctor and helping only the poor. What shall they do? They have to arrest her first but the lady finds a way to be a doctor again.

    Officer Bonnie Clark believes she was forced off the road by a truck after crashing on a dangerous mountain road.
