Season 10 begins with a former client contacting Charles, for help, determining if he should invest in a failing California restaurant. During the team's sting operation, they discover that the current owner isn't being honest about all of his problems.
After noticing numerous discrepancies with the catering company she uses to cater her art shows, Patricia contacts Mystery Diners for help. Charles sends in Jamie and Brianna and discovers an even bigger problem with the assistant curator.
Charles and his team investigate when the owner of "Harvey's Steakhouse" in Huntington Beach, California, notices a dip in older customers, leading to a discovery of unauthorized events being held by the staff to draw in a younger crowd.
Charles and his team uncover a large-scale bootlegging operation at "Weiland Brewery" in Los Angeles.
A Florida cooking academy is investigated, because the owners are worried that their instructors are going off curriculum.
The owners of "Latin House" in Miami worry that someone, at their off-site warehouse, is giving away the recipes to their award-winning burgers.
The owner of a Miami Beach hotel asks Charles and the team to investigate whether his staff are sneaking their friends into a free happy hour he offers to guests.
The manager of a golf course in Hollywood, Florida, asks the team to investigate complaints about non-members playing for free. However, a bigger problem is discovered in the club's dining room.
The owner of "Old Vinings Inn", a historical restaurant in Atlanta, asks Charles and the team to investigate whether Civil War tours are taking place, without his permission.
A drop in food and tattoo sales at the "Anchor Bar and Tattoo" in Atlanta is investigated by Charles and the team.
The father-son owners of "Star Café" and "Star Coaches" in Atlanta, worry about missing food in their kitchen and a rise in fuel expenses on their tour buses.
After noticing missing food and merchandise, the owners of "Epic Rollertainment" in Murrieta, California, contact Charles Stiles for help. Upon investigation, the team discover an ever bigger problem, when the roller rink closes at night.
