Overview: In a major slum called La Colina, young idealist Hache and his friends will confront the drug dealers who control the neighborhood. They will succeed with the help of music, an old Chinese ninja master and a mythical character who also lives in La Colina. Simultaneously, Juana will find shelter there as she runs away from her family's assassins.

After Juana loses her entire family in front of her eyes, she manages to make it out alive and assumes a new identity to go into hiding. Meanwhile, elsewhere, the leader of the band "El Cruce" is murdered after he attempted to stop a drug sale, and his brother "Hache" must take his place.
As Hache comes into terms of being the leader of his band, Juana gets an unique opportunity: return to the crime scene and avenge her family.
For the first time, Hache experiences that music can help fight back the violence of drug dealing on his neighbourhood. Juana starts to learn that she must make sacrifices if she's to avenge her family.
Master Xiang Wu decides to risk his life by entering enemy territory. Juana's at her breaking point, pondering if it's wise to turn to the police or continue undercover.
Just when everything seems to be going on smoothly and well, Hache makes a dangerous mistake that just might cost them all everything.
Hache saves his sister, but a dark secret comes out and it just might ruin his leadership in the eyes of everyone.
As the musical competition draws near, an unexpected twist of events makes the neightbourhood violent like it's never been before.
Violence erupts on "La Colina" and Leon takes advantage of the chaos to search for the secret that just might make him a millionaire, but Juana's not willing to go down without a fight.
As tension escalates on the neightbourhood, Juana is not sure her secret's safe anymore, which could put her dearest ones in danger again.
Leon throws a party at his mansion, which is only a distraction for the 2200 Band which is going on full assault that same night on the neightbourhood.
Hache, Juana and Xiang Wu manage to sneak out and decide to fight back… in the most unexpected of ways, and receive sorprise help from Willy.
As "La Colina" mourns the death of one of their most beloved residents, Leon starts making plans to buy the neightbourhood. Hache and Juana, still overwhelmed by the recent events, try to figure out how they feel about each other.
On the night of the band's debut on national television, peace on "La Colina" is disturbed by a sudden attack on Xiang Wu, as Juana is forced to take the hardest decision of her entire life.

Ozzy & Drix, also known as The Fantastic Voyage Adventures of Osmosis Jones & Drixenol and Osmosis Jones: The Animated Series, is an American animated television series based on the Warner Bros. film Osmosis Jones and it was produced by Warner Bros.
