Fred Williams’ 1986 Toyota rockcrawler Clampy has been sitting for about five years and it’s time for an adventure. So, on this episode of Dirt Every Day presented by Tire Rack, Williams and Dave Chappelle blow off the cobwebs and head out from California to find every type of off-road terrain. But this beat-up old Toy isn’t exactly street-legal, nor was it built for anything besides rocks, so the stakes are against them to drive it down the highway, find every type of dirt, and not get stuck.
Most of the time Dirt Head Dave Chappelle has to go along with Fred Williams' crazy ideas, but on this episode of Dirt Every Day, Chappelle gets to choose the next project. Williams arrives at Mawdco, an off-road junkyard in Idaho, where Chappelle has picked a surprise project. Will it be something normal and easy? Or something outrageous? You better believe it won't be normal.
On this episode of Dirt Every Day, Fred Williams and Dave Chappelle challenge the guys from Roadkill Garage (David Freiburger and Steve Dulcich) to a no-holds-barred Jeep build-off.
