    The mysterious Professor Baffles is making money and valuable objects disappear- until the Super Friends unravel his puzzle and stop him. The professor has embarked on a crusade to destroy all literature, art and music with a chemical that he has developed. His two accomplices use Professor Baffles' crusade to extort money from the United States government.

    Super Friends - Professor Goodfellow's G.E.E.C. (Season 1 - Episode 3)

    Professor Goodfellow invents the G.E.E.C. (Goodfellow's Effort-Eliminating Computer), which is capable of running everything in the world, freeing people from all physical labor, brainwork and responsibility. When it begins to malfunction, the Super Friends have to convince him that it's not natural for people to be inactive all the time. It takes all the combined efforts of the Super Friends to repair the computer and return the world to its normal state.

    Super Friends - The Weather Maker (Season 1 - Episode 4)

    Glaciers are melting, gigantic whirlpools are forming, and there are icebergs in the South Pacific. When the Super Friends chart these drastic changes in the weather, a pattern soon begins to emerge. They discover that scientist Dr. Thinkwik hopes to shift the Gulf Stream from its regular position to warm his Arctic country, Glacia, but the Super Friends stop him and help him find another way.

    Super Friends - Dr. Pelagian's War (Season 1 - Episode 5)

    A marine scientist fights pollution by creating natural disasters to force three industrialists to stop polluting. The nation's three leading industrialists receive a warning from a computerized albatross: "Listen to the voice of Dr. Pelagian, you have one hour to stop pollution of the seas before the sea strikes back!" The Super Friends must get the stubborn industrialists to meet with Dr. Pelagian before his tactics endanger the country.

    Super Friends - The Shamon 'U' (Season 1 - Episode 6)

    Dr. Shamon is using a giant magnetic "U," a laser gun, to draw a solid gold meteorite to the Earth. However, he's unaware of the fact that his "sky-mining" technique has reelased some exotic gases from the space cloud, which, when united with the oxygen in Earth's atmosphere, form a green mist and a red mist. The green mist causes animals and plants to grow many times their normal size, while the red mists causes animals and plants to shrink.

    Super Friends - Too Hot To Handle (Season 1 - Episode 7)

    An alien from the plant Solar Terrarium moves the Earth out of its orbit and closer to the sun so his people can move from their own freezing planet. However, this causes destructive heat waves. The Super Friends are told by the government's leading scientist that a strange new wave of magnetism is drawing the Earth from its orbit toward the sun. They must discover what's causing the increased magnetic pull and stop it. The alien is stopped by the Super Friends and guest hero The Flash.

    Super Friends - The Androids (Season 1 - Episode 8)

    A misguided scientist uses androids to try to sabotage the space program, but the Super Friends stop him. As the Super Friends watch the launch of Apollo 20, neither they nor the government know that the astronauts aboard have been replaced by androids. Apollo 20 crashes to Earth. Dr. Rebos threatens to sabotage the manned launch to Mars unless the government calls a complete halt to its space program.

    Super Friends - The Balloon People (Season 1 - Episode 9)

    A family of aliens from the planet Balunia leave their polluted planet for a home on Earth. After their flying saucer lands, the balloon people are befriended by the Super Friends. However, the news reports of these unusual guests prompt ambitious scholar Noah Tall to devise a plan to capture the balloon people. When they're kidnapped, the Super Friends must rescue them.

    Super Friends - The Fantastic Frerps (Season 1 - Episode 10)

    King Plasto steals raw plastic powder to create Frerp, a special plastic which he uses to confound the Super Friends. The king has been intercepting every shipment of the powder on its way to the government space research station because he intends to use the raw powder for his own means. The Super Friends set out to end his reign of terror.

    Super Friends - The Ultra Beam (Season 1 - Episode 11)

    A pair of scientists, believing that gold is the root of all evil, set out to destroy it with a blue beam until the Super Friends stop them. A blue ray emitting an ultra-beam has been extracting tiny electrical particles called quarks, turning all the gold remaining in the earth into a useless residual metal. The Super Friends tour various mining regions hoping to find an answer to this phenomenon when they see the mysterious blue jet and the ultra-beam.

    Super Friends - The Menace of the White Dwarf (Season 1 - Episode 12)

    A strange UFO penetrates Earth's air space. Along its flight path, it has managed to "pull up" and carry along a number of objects. Col. Wilcox explains to the Super Friends that the UFO snatched up a total of 14,000 tons. Superman soon learns that his old arch-enemy Raven is behind these strange occurrences. The evil scientist Raven has escaped from prison to take revenge.

    Super Friends - The Mysterious Moles (Season 1 - Episode 13)

    Important research projects have been closed down, and the Super Friends are called in to find and restore disappearing air conditioning units. The Super Friends' mission leads then into a strange new subterranean world discovered by a pair of spelunkers. They are forced to fight the creatures of that world, animated trees and rocks.

    Super Friends - Gulliver's Gigantic Goof (Season 1 - Episode 14)

    Using his micro-wave reducer, mad Dr. Hiram Gulliver shrinks all adults- including the Superfriends- to two inches tall to help the population problem (by saving resources)... and also to rule over them (he will remain full-sized to watch over the mini population of the world). The Green Arrow joins the Superfriends to stop him and to return things to normal.

    Super Friends - The Planet-Splitter (Season 1 - Episode 15)

    Eccentric, ingenious scientist Dr. Laban has stolen the largest diamonds in the world to power his "planet splitter," a device capable of splitting a planet in half, intending to tow half of it to Earth as a second moon. While the Super Friends guard the remaining diamonds in the world, Wendy and Marvin follow Dr. Laban to his secret laboratory, where Laban tells him of his plan.

    Super Friends - The Watermen (Season 1 - Episode 16)

    A strange spacecraft has been forced to land on Earth after a meteor hit the fuel tank of the craft. In an attempt to return from the planet Sagittarius, the craft begins gathering silicon from sea water to fuel the ship. Aliens from the water planet steal the silicon from Earth's oceans, upsetting the ecological balance and creating a red tide and famine among ocean creatures.
